hello... yesterday was an exciting day.
well. lets start with friday.
fter school. i met the band and headed down to roy's church for the 2nd last dry run.
well. we started at 730.
first run, not that great. we couldn't hear each other. and just screwed the hell up.
oh wells.
then we were rather dissapointed in ourselves.
during the second run. they let us play 3 songs. to decide
whether we should've done like. great escape or don't look back in anger.
yeah. we did don't look back in anger.
after practice. cabbed home with matthew.
yup.
after bathing. somehow we watched dodge and crashed.
and matthew ong. that joker
woke me up at 8 am.
wow.
did you know how tired i was....
plss.
we were suppose to meat mr. kindermann at 1230.
but we didn't bother and just decided to meet at the church at 130 instead.
cabbed down reached there at about 1345?
yeah. adin came with mega awesome delicious curry puffs.
its FREAKING NICE. i swear.
i want another one.
haha. anyways.
the final practice was the best run out of all the runs ii'd attended
had my pedals pre-setup and stuff yea. so that shit was left out of the way.
then came the long wait.
many things were done.
band "rituals"
(lol. jumping jacks in a circle. prayers. many prayers. our try and not get busted for the longest time in GTA challenge)
yeah.
i love us.
at ard 1745.
adin's friends appeared while we were doing ourr unplugged rehearsal.

and around 1830. matthew and i went to the mrt station to pic joseph, theresa and joey up.
haha i haven't seen joey in like 100000000 days or something lah. haha quite cool.
oh and the cooler thing is that joey met her secondary sch friend at the place. ahah which was adin's friend too! what a small world.
yeah...
at 7. the event had finally started.
i was running here and there. (keeping the peeps company, picking up my phone to find out where mummy and daddy were)
and after an hour. the nerves started coming in.
sound check:
guitar was too loud. but.
pedals made it softer.(shud've made my pedals louder.)
ended sound check early.
which meant a longer wait to play.
about half an hour.
watching people eat nice food. socialising. yeah. it was the longest half an hour ALIVE.
but still at 830. we did our shit.
marched in for band intro.
and played a rocking dreamer and an owning don't look back in anger.
adin's friends were mad.
7people can actually sound like 20.
FSV people ahh..
ahah.
yeah.
even the SP table were excited. ahah.
waving handphones during the songs. woots yeah.
overall. a 8/10 performence.
great solos. great screw ups. great cover ups :D thanks to everyone.
