step 1:
persuade ur friend to lick the entire gum wrapper(oh make sure it's mint)
the paper part. not the silver side.

step 2:
get him/her to stick it on his/her forehead.

step 3:
wait 39.9 seconds.

step 4:
his/her head starts to burn like SIOW!
